This is your opportunity to nurture your passion and curiosity about your practice. We will explore the alignment, safety and intention of some of the "not so basic" poses. An emphasis on the transitions between poses will be made, in addition to the transition to living your yoga off of your mat. The purpose behind basic adjustments and assisting techniques will be demonstrated and discussed. This workshop will take your practice to the next level. Are you ready?

This workshop is avaialbe to anyone that has completed Fundamentals of Yoga I or has been practicing yoga for more than 6 months.
