Working from the ground up, we will utilize key alignment principles, activate core awareness in the body, and rely on partner assists to breakdown the basics (and the secrets!) of handstand, headstand, shoulder stand and several fun arm balances!

Contraindications include: high blood pressure, glaucoma, back or neck injury and pregnancy.
This workshop is beneficial to students with a regular yoga practice. Not recommended for beginners. Space is limited. Pre-registration is required.
