Prenatal Yoga - 6 Week Series

Adding yoga to your self care routine in preparation for your new little one is one of the best things you can do for you AND your baby. In this six week series, you will be loved and supported through a yoga practice designed just for you, your changing body and your lifestyle. Each week you will become more prepared for child birth.

The focus in Prenatal Yoga:

Breath work
Opening the hips
Strength & Endurance
Deep Relaxation
Body Awareness

No yoga experience necessary but you must be cleared by your doctor to attend and approved by the teacher before attending your first class.

Class Meets Sundays from 2-3pm. Six week series begins July 10th and ends August 7th.
