Are you new to yoga? Never taken a class? Or maybe you've been coming to class but you still feel a little unsure on your mat? This is the perfect workshop for you! You will learn everything you need to know to feel more comfortable and at ease on your mat.
In this workshop you will learn about:
Sun Salutations, basic Sanskrit, a brief history of yoga, detailed explanation and practice of six main postures with props and modifications, as well as, the basic breathing techniques used in yoga.
Appropriate for beginners and anyone looking to create a solid foundation for their yoga practice.
