Release Karmas & Rejuvenate the Central Nervous System
Learn and experience the magical meditation technique of Yoga Nidra. In the practice of Yoga Nidra, you learn to come into a deeply relaxed state between awake and asleep. In this state, you are able to release negative emotions, reset stress levels, set powerful intentions of transformation, and increase energy levels. Yoga Nidra allows the central nervous system to operate at a subconscious level to allow better healing and the absorption of information.
In the first half of this workshop we will explore the history of Yoga Nidra and the advised techniques of the practice. The second half will be filled with a blissful Yoga Nidra practice led by the instructor.
You will leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and empowered with a new resource for stress management, self regulation and healing.
No yoga experience needed. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a journal to take notes. A minimum of 6 people are required for this workshop.
