Did you know that 21 minutes of meditation a day helps manage anxiety, depression and pain? Meditation is an effective technique of stress reduction and conscious relaxation. Meditation also helps brings peace, understanding and compassion into your life. Meditation is the key to connecting to your True Self.


Appropriate for all levels. No yoga experience necessary. Minimum of 6 participants required. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a journal.

Physical changes to be expected through meditation
Variety of meditation techniques to suit your needs
Active mediation practice at each gathering
