New Years Eve Meditation

Before you head out to ring in the New Year, join us for an evening of reflection, intention setting, chanting and yoga nidra.

Sarah & Carla will create a peaceful and high vibrational space for all of us to come together to get clear on our intentions for 2016 and to let go of 2015. We will then engage in group chanting to unite and set the energy really high for the New Year. We will end with a session of Yoga Nidra (guided meditation) that will leave you energized and focused for 2016.
